There is actually no difference in between two medicines the only thing is that when you go ahead with giving medicine to the infant they normally take it with the dropper which is why it is mentioned drops and a dropper is also there in the medicine then you buy me that comes to liquid it is going to come with a cab Siri can give it into the form of a ml to the child
