#asktheexperts Hello doctor, my twin boys are preterm of 34 weeks 5 days. now they are 5 months 25 days with weight of 6 kgs each . from when I can start solid food for them

A. Just as soon as your kids are going to complete the age of six months should be totally free to introduce food and water to the child prior to that the feed that you are providing to the child is good enough for their growth so that is what you need to speak to
