Q.

#asktheexperts Hello Doctor, My son is 9 months old now. I am not sure what diet plan should I follow for him. He doesn't get enough milk from his mother so he on bottle feeding as well. As of now we are following the below: Milk in the morning after he wakes up. Cerelac around 8:30 - 9 am. Boiled Apple around 11 am. Daal and Rice after bath around 12:30 - 1 pm. Cerelac again around 3 pm. We only give him milk after 3 pm until next morning. He does breast feeding in between the whole day. Am I following the correct or sufficient diet plan or shall I add something else for his better growth and development?

A. hi all babies are different so they have their own specific sleep and feeding patterns so as per my opinion,if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about anything. offer food as per your child requirements. prefer homemade healthy food maintain good hygiene
