Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. as long as you are breastfeeding better not to take any Herbalife or any other protein powders . whatever you est or drink goes to the baby . hence you should be very watchful about what you eat and drink. eat regular foods itself.
