#asktheexperts hello doctor....my LSCS is done on 1 may till now I have backache problem.... kindly suggest

A. for the back pain, you can start with vitamin supplements consulting the doctor.. take care of your self.. use a support pillow as sitting, no heavy lifts, sudden jerks and bends avoid.. take rest bed rest as possible..
