Q.

#asktheexperts hello doctor..my daughter was born premature at 27+3 weeks and now she completed a year on Feb 28th..she is 65cm and 7kg..i am worried as she is not making progress in height and weight although she eats properly.. can you help

A. Don’t worry about the weight abd height as baby is pre mature and if the baby is eating well abd active and achieving milestones as per age then no need to worry give one banana per day sweet potato pumpkin boiled potato eggs can ge introduce and milk abd milk products and add nuts in diet

A. Hello dear parent! Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Consult your child’s doctor for advice. Good luck and take care.
