#asktheexperts Hello Doctor, My daughter is almost 5 months old. she doesn't sleep much. and she would always put her hands and toes in her mouth. is it bcos new teether?

Teething would be happening with your child in the first place and secondly taking hand and thumbs and toes into the mouth is very normal for the child it actually helps in releasing gas when the child takes those into the mouth so that’s a very comfortable position for that so nothing to be worried about and it’s a common behaviour
