Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. your history tells us that the child is suffering from viral fever and in viral fever you have to give only symptomatic treatment that is for fever have to give paracetamol(max 4 timesx per day if needed) and plenty of water to drink and at least 60 to 70% of the regular diet and if the fever continues beyond 3 days then meet the doctor
please do body sponge that is body wiping to decrease the body temperature with wet cotton cloth.

Crocin DS you can give to the child as of now that is going to help me reducing down the fever and vomiting could be happening because you’re trying to feed food to the child and due to indigestion your child child could be vomiting so you can give ondem for vomiting that is going to be quite beneficial as of now
