A. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age . just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak seentencesr properly. if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

A. If your child is not speaking at all and if you are worried about that then you can get a check with an ENT doctor for sure to know whether there is a tongue tie or delay or any other issue if everything is fine then you can very well wait up till the age of three years as you can consult a speech therapistWrite Your Answer Here
