ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months. keep checking for the signs of teething.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth
