A. hi if a child weighs around 4.8 to 6 kg,no need to worry about it much. give homemade healthy food and breastfeeding too as per your child needs. you can feed homemade cerelac which is made up from different pulses and rice , fresh fruits i.e. banana, papaya,apple etc
