#asktheexperts Hello Doctor. my baby is 3 month old. how I will check my milk is enough for her not please tell me

A. to check that mother milk, is enough for baby you check the pee count. if pee count is around 6-8times , and baby is sleeping well then baby is getting sufficient mother milk.. it is exclusively breast feeding recommended for six months..
