#asktheexperts Hello Doctor, is it mandatory to give Vitamin D3 to infants? if so, till what age it should be given. we have given our boy for first 5 months. currently he is about to complete 8 months. pls advise

A. you can give it till age of one year

A. hi not mandatory but better to give it or give Healthy food items and breasfeeding as per your child requirements but along with that please provide Apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day which is best source of calcium
