#asktheexperts Hello doctor, I've a query like currently I'm in my 19th week of pregnancy. So, when to have Anomaly scan ?

A. anamoly scan can be done anytime from 19 weeks to 20 weeks. During pregnancy it is always advisable to have your normal routine foods and include more of sprouted grains along with green leafy vegetables and adequate water intake which helps maintain good health Do have regular daily walking

A. hello Mom animal is can will be suggested by the gynecologist around 5th month of your pregnancy so please follow your gynecologist position and with prescription on the rest take the anomali otherwise nothing to be done before doctor suggesting it depends on the gynecologist to gynecologist they might suggest on a particular timeline in your during your fourth or 5th month
