Hello ma’am There is a possibility that your child is having its teeth which is why it is happening because normally when kids have it their most common symptom is to lose their appetite and sometimes they have lose motions and sometimes are extremely cranky for no reason so maybe this could be one of the reasons so just check it once to be more sure about it
