#asktheexperts hello doc my baby is 3 months old he's having bloated stomach and he struggles during feed...how to solve this problem

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. the recurrent stretching / curving of the body again and again as well as uncomfort / making grunting sounds as well as hiccups as well as colic pain all are due to gas in the intestine and stomach.
it is very important that after giving milk to the child you
should keep the child in upright position and do burping for 15 to 20 minutes.
do not keep the child back on the bed after 1 burping because one time burping will not remove all the gas and if the gas is not removed procperly it will lead to
colic pain and more hiccups again and again.
keep the child in upright position whether you hear the burping sound or not and also it is not important that you will chear the sound when the child removes the air from the oral cavity.

Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy. Good luck and take care.
