A. In 4-5 years, food of the child will almost be the same as adults, but with little spices. You must feed 3 main meals, 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water and 500-600 ml milk everyday. Feed oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, legumes, ghee, boiled egg, omelette, veg cutlet, veg sandwich, pan cake, waffle, chicken and fish curry with rice, khichdi, dalia, mixed vegetable soup, etc.
