SwathiMom of 2 children3 months agoA. make sure you are giving nutritional food in every bite. dal kichidi with lots of veggies and ghee. sweet potato, mashed potatoes, Banana, you can give them besan chilla, fruit pancakes etc. soak dry date in water overnight and make a thick paste and give it with milk this improves weight, bone strength and hemoglobin levels
