Consult your doctor they’ll tell you why you are facing this as you have not given any details about yourself you’ve just mentioned the problem so I cannot judge what maybe the reason behind it so it’s better to have an assessment with your doctor and once your doctor is going to examine they will be able to give you right help and assistance on that
