ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. weight seems very low. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly. avoid cow milk and honey till completion of one year. once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child

U First should get a check with your paediatrician I think that I will be having nutritional deficiency which is why your child is two and a weight according to the current age of the child because without proper assessment you cannot come to know what do you need to do and why this is happening to consult a paediatrician ones
