You only have given this habit to the child of watching TV or having a mobile phone time Sudha re something I would like to tell us the most awful habit and unhealthy habits that you have introduced because mobile phone or any other screen time Dr restricted for minimum two years and mobile is a complete no-no so try to narrate a story try to distract your child with some activity but avoid giving mobile or screen time as of now
