ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you can beginning with banana or apple. then dal water. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads.

Hi I’m not sure about the age of your child because as per your captain your child is only five months old so you cannot give anything to your child other than mothers feeding so please continue with that and once your child completes the age of six months that would be the right time for you to introduce any kind of semisolid food to the child
