Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. in such fever you can give paracetamol as initial medicine further you can contact with your doctor and you can get the the solution for this by discussing with him he will guide you for more details if required . Its always better to take the guidance by the concerned person with the geniune advice ...
