UMAIMA, 4 years, Female - *Test*: Skiagram Nasopharynx Lateral View - * - - *Finding*: Soft tissue opacity in the region of roof of nasopharynx — consistent with enlarged adenoid - *Other notes*: Cervical vertebrae, disc spaces, and posterior elements appear normal. No CVJ anomaly seen
