#asktheexperts Good Morning Mam, My baby boy is 3.5 years old with mixed feeding (breast milk + Formula) but he is not passing tool regularly he takes gap 4 to 4 days and while passing tool he gave so much force please suggest what to do ? Thank you

A. Constipation is completely normal in this age whether the child is on breastfeeding or formula feeding but if there is a lot of discomfort then you can insert a suppository that helps in clearing the system and check with your doctor in this regard if needed
