#asktheexperts Good morning Madam, My name is Deepika. I'm a mother of 3 year old boy. My question is, what is the minimum quantity of sugar that I can give to my son?

A. About 1 teaspoon or 2 teaspoons maximum that I am saying because sugar is not that important in our life if it is consumed in moderation then it is also the natural substitutes are better like with foods and generally get sugar but if you have to give separately try and stick to maximum two teaspoons per day
