#asktheexperts Good morning Ma'am! Hope you are doing good.. Ma'am my question is: What all should be included in the diet of a 8 years old which gives all the sorts of nutrients, protine, vitamins , minerals etc. How many meals should be there in a day(I mean proper portion). Thank you!

A. You should include all kind of fruits and vegetables pulses grains millet all the foods that basically we eat on an everyday basis the Indian traditional plate is the best and the most healthy to be given to the child plus you can give proteins both vegetarian and non-vegetarian whatever you prefer and that is what is going to be good plus since your child is eight years old I would strongly recommend you to your child do any good physical sports or activity
