#asktheexperts good morning dr me meri bachi ko 3 din pet me dard ho raha 1 st fever bhi aaya tha phir paracetamol diya tha 1 bar to aab fever to nahi aa raha hai but 2 din se pet dard ki problem ho Rahi hai or khana bhi theek se nahi kha rahi hai

A. dear mum. give her easy to digest, semi solid food in little amount. feed some ajwain water or syp colic aid it will help her to reduce tumy pain.
