#asktheexperts Good Morning Doctor, I have 5 Months old twins baby boy. One baby is under weight with 4.5kg weight. We are giving him feeding + Aptamil gold stage 1. Also he spits almost 50 percent after every feed. Whereas other baby is around 5.8 Kg. Could you please assist

A. I think you have to consult a doctor in person because vomiting 50% of the milk doesn’t seem normal and we have to find out if the child is having any difficulty while feeding or holding it or if you’re over feeding the baby. You cannot compare both babies because it’s their individual journey.

A. Mam actually the digestion of both the cricket could be separate the weight gain would be separate the growth would be separate despite of them being twins but if the weight gain is that less as you mentioned then you can kindly check with your paediatrician on this
