#asktheexperts Good morning doctor. I am not giving my feed to my daughter she is 2 months old now because it was not sufficient enough to fill her stomach from day one of my delivery. but I regret about this everyday is there any way to restart my milk supply now because it has completely dried up.

A. Hi Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
