Give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
You can give poha, sheera, Upma, vermicelli, besan cheela, parantha, eggs, milk for breakfast.
For lunch / dinner, you can give roti with Dal and vegetables, vegetable dal rice, khichadi, daliya, pulao, idli, dosa, curd, paneer.
You can give non veg foods.
Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
Add ghee to baby’s food.
Give 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time.
Continue to breastfeed.
