A. Now you can give all family foods to your child. Give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add nuts like almonds to baby’s diet. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time.
