A. Namaste Mom As per the age the toddler needs now regular family foods which should include foods from varied food groups as such as well so include foods such as seasonal fruits and vegetables dry fruits nuts & seeds also include dals chana lobia etc also you should prefer giving home cooked fresh foods and natural foods and not rely on packaged and ready to eat stuff
