#asktheexperts from yesterday morning my son is vomiting and I consulted a doctor he prescribed me and now form to day morning he is continuously having motions and he didn't eat any thing from yesterday plz help me

A. hello give ore of fluids and also include ors which can be helpful and ay concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too
