Q.

#asktheexperts from few days my daughter 6 year old is saying she had mild pain in upper part of the had and it looks litely swollen.. is it serious?

A. there are multiple causes of headache in children and for immediate relief you can give paracetamol which is a good painkiller also. see that the child is consuming plenty of fluids because many times less water in the body can cause headache. the other common dcauses are nutritional deficiency as well as anemia and decrease sleep and more screen time if going on according to age. paracetamol can be given maximum four times per day but if the problem is occurringd again and again please visit the doctor to rule out any major pathology

A. Without an assessment I cannot tell you what would be the problem and is it serious or not but if you can see sweating that’s definitely not good it’s advisable for you to get it checked with your doctor maybe your child got hurt or something so you need to be more sure about it
