Mam you should start nebulising the child that will help check with the doctor for the medicines to be used apart from that take a mustard oil add some rock salt plus carrom seeds and also some garlic into that heat that oil and with that warm mustard oil please do massage on the back and chest followed by warm to hot compress and massage the feet and make your child wear socks
