A. Hello! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Give your child a well balanced, healthy diet that includes Dal chawal , Roti, sabji, vegetable, soups, ragi, and so on. If your family is non-vegetarian, include that also gradually in the child’s daily diet.
