Kindly give paracetamol for fever and it is given according to the weight as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having. Whether higher medicines are required or not will be told by the doctor.f Keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever Armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as feverd Do body sponge and give plenty of water to drink and easily digestible food. d

You can give paracetamol Calpol whatever medicine is available to you at home you can go ahead with giving that and along with that also I would like to tell you that is more than 101°F then you should do Thande Paani Ki Patti as well and consult a doctor whenever the doctors availableWrite Your Answer Here
