A. Dear ma’am, you can give two to three solid feeds a day and rest of the time continue to encourage frequent breastfeeding. You can give multigrain porridge, khichdi, mashed rice, boiled and mashed egg yolk etc

A. you should feed the baby in a gap of at least 2hrs .. you can set the plan as break fast, midmorning snacks lunch, evening snacks, dinner.. as baby should have 4-5solids meals.. slowly increase the solids intake and decrease milk intake.. you can give ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge cerelac dalia sabudana puree mashed boiled fruit and vegetables dal roti doodh roti khichdi poha upma suji halwa uthapam dosa.. cheela.
