Leave it for half an hour and give a hair wash with a mild shampoo. Regularly use this treatment. This is very good for promoting hair growth and treating dandruff as well. For losing weight, You have to find some time for urself and start working out. Relying on diets or any other means of losing weight or controlling belly fat won't be effective. You can do ab exercises or yoga like bhujangasana or pavanmukthasana or Surya namaskar on a regular basis along with a balanced and healthy diet avoiding junk foods.
