normally simple secretions / allergyc redness should not occur again and again.
use hygienic cloth as well as your hands should be clean when coming in contact with the child eyes
if the child'sc eyes is sticky with pus discharge or regular discharge coming out you have to meet the doctor.
do not use any drops witout medical consultation

it need proper examination check up and as accordingly the eye specialist advice use the eye drops
maintain hygiene
wash at regular intervals with water
give cold compress
