#asktheexperts due to pollution, child is not taken for outdoor games, nor she is interested in yoga. how to give a child healthier workout at home? is dance and jumping is enough?

A. Hello! Maybe you can try enrolling in your child in some good online exercise programme or activity. It is important for the child to be physically active as much as possible. Give your child well balanced, healthy diet that includes seasonal foods and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nut, dry fruit and dairy.
