DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your question is related to the eye discharge so your baby is having yellow pus like discharge from the eye so it is a pyogenic conjunctivitis so use tobacin eye drops two times a day for seven days and consult with eye specialist
