#asktheexperts Dr my son is on fm and bm both we want to start with buffalo milk but he doesn't drink it...he is 1 year old now he is on bm and lactogen 2 ( fm) please guide how can i Make a habit of making him drink buffalo milk

A. Cow's milk should be introduced to the child only after 1 year of age . Earlier introduction of cows milk can lead to micro bleeding in the digestive tract. It's also deficient in iron vit E,C and essential fatty acid. It's also lacking ideal cxproportion of protein and fats present in breast milk or any formula milk .
