#asktheexperts Dr my new baby 43 days old umbilical cord fall after 12 days of born,now it's not completely cure sometime it's become wet a small hole in belly button it's yellow discharge but no smell,no swelling,no reddish when I touch it baby not crying why it's yellow discharge is coming

If the yellow fluid is coming out there can be a possibility of infection in that region so please do not take it lightly please get it examined with the doctor because this way I cannot confirm what is the situation but it is sounding like an infection into the umbilical region of your child
