Ma’am kids are crying very loudly they control their breath and that is called a Breathe holding spell and it’s completely normal with kids till the time they do not become unconscious if they become unconscious then it’s a matter of concern consulted the doctor confirmed it’s a seizure I would also advise you to get it checked with a neurologist once
