ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. latch to your baby more often.. drink plenty of fluids n take healthy diet. Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine or Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day. Also, avoid taking stress as it reduced milk production.
