Maam this is not a sign when you say that the child is not responding to its name and busy in its own world so there can be a possibility that your child is probably having a delay in the growth of the mindset like in terms of understanding and brain growth you can consult a child psychologist and you can take a homeopathic treatment which will really help a lot
