#asktheexperts Doc my LO fell on his back while seating and playing on floor. He was on his playmat but somehow went directly on the floor. No immediate vomiting or drowsiness. Is there anything to worry? Should i use a helmet for him to prevent further fall and banging Pls help

Cried for a mint but then consoled.
Should i use helmet for further prevention? He started crawling and pulling to stand thats why i am very worried
