#asktheexperts do they need more water apart from breast milk?

A. Hello ma’am But initial six months when you are giving either breastfeeding or formula feed to your child it has sufficient water into it to fulfil your child’s thirst which is why it is not recommended to give any extra water to the child but after the age of six months want to introduce semisolid food it is recommended to give water because that way it helps in healthy digestion and all those things and the breast feed reduces down slowly gradually because you’re giving semisolid food so you have to balance it with water as
